Founded in 2018 by Alex Stauffer with the acquisition of 500 m2 of Pinot Noir in the commune of Flanthey, Le Vin de l'A has quickly expanded to reach a surface area of 4 ha today. Located mainly in Ollon and Valençon, the vines extend to Sierre, Corin as well as on the left bank, Chalais and Réchy.
All the plots are spontaneously grassed and the vines are worked exclusively and above all in organic cultivation, respecting the rhythms of the lunar calendar, with the help of biodynamic preparations. In total, there are 13 grape varieties cultivated for 18 vintages, each one unique, in accordance with the desire and the character of the winemaker on the day of the harvest....
Fermentations are carried out without the addition of sulphites, using indigenous yeasts and mainly whole bunches, without any additives that could alter the aromatic and taste characteristics of each grape variety.
Valais is full of grape varieties, but those most rooted in culture and terroir remain the specialties of A.
What makes our landscape beautiful is diversity!
Cornalin, red humagne, Rèze, petite arvine and white humagne,
So many great unique grape varieties still too underrepresented,
At Vin de l'A, you will find healthy, balanced and lively wines!

Jean-Marie Chapier, a doctor from Franche-Comté and a former member of Médecins Sans Frontières, acquired Pierre Naigeon's vines at the end of 2019 and recruited oenologist Julien Millet as cellar master. With 12 hectares of vines owned and some purchased grapes, he offers a diversified range, with no fewer than 39 vintages in 2022. This is mainly composed of wines from Gevrey-Chambertin, including micro-plots in Lavaux Saint-Jacques and Mazis-Chambertin, as well as production from the Hautes Côtes. The wines in this wide selection are of excellent quality.
Oenologist and winemaker Julien Millet, originally from Chambolle-Musigny, oversees all of the Domaine's production, from the vine to winemaking.
He has built up his expertise by working in several prestigious areas. Julien has also benefited from the experience passed down by his father, an oenologist and winemaker for 35 years.
At the same time, he was involved in the family wine-making business “François Millet et Fils” in Chambolle-Musigny, which produced various appellations from the Côte Chalonnaise, Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits.
Julien enriched his career with an international experience in New Zealand, in the Central Otago region. For over a year, he worked at the Prophet's Rock (Bendigo) and Felton Road (Bannockburn) estates, specializing in Burgundy grape varieties. This immersion allowed him to discover distinct approaches in viticulture and oenology, while exploring new expressions of terroir.
Sensitive to the finesse of Burgundy grape varieties and the unique identity of each place, Julien favors an approach that respects the terroir by practicing gentle extractions through infusion.

Nestled in the heart of the Aubance Valley, just 10 km from Angers, the Haute Perche estate extends over 35 hectares of living soil, cultivated biodynamically on Anjou Noir terroirs.
Founded in the 1960s and taken over in 2019 by a man with a passion for French art de vivre and great wines, Haute Perche has established itself as a veritable revelation of the Aubance terroir, where the gentleness of the river meets the strength of the schist.
Thanks to the know-how of men and women committed to sustainable viticulture, the estate produces authentic, upright wines, certified organic and biodynamic, combining finesse and character. The vines are planted on three islands of rich, unique terroirs, each defined by its exposure, subsoil and slope. Each plot has its own specificities: we observe, guide, experiment and refine our gestures, so that each intervention becomes a matter of course.
Guided by good farming sense and a respectful approach to nature, we cultivate and vinify grapes destined for singular, vibrant cuvées, sincere reflections of their terroir.
Haute Perche is above all the pure expression of Aubance: straightforward, organic and biodynamic wines, subtle and elegant, unique and recognized.
