Le vin des Chiffonniers
2023

Rèze, a little-known Swiss gem, stands out for its association with Chasselas, thus creating a meeting between the most famous Swiss grape variety and the least famous, to give birth to a real gem.

L'Art-Vine 2023

Petite Arvine d'Ollon comes from three south-facing limestone plots in the village of Ollon, with moderate yields on old Arvine vines. This lively and structured wine is distinguished by its fruity and typical aromas, with saline notes. It is pressed horizontally, vinified without malolactic fermentation, and aged for 6 months in vats.

L'Aïda 2023

This wine reveals an enchanting bouquet of clear and vibrant fruit aromas, dominated by notes of peach, apple and citrus. These fruity nuances are elegantly accompanied by subtle floral touches, as well as smoky and savory accents that add complexity. On the palate, it reveals a pleasantly austere character, supported by a lively and chiseled acidity. The flavors of fresh yellow-fleshed fruits dominate, leading to a long and refined finish, enhanced by a delicate spicy touch that persists with elegance.

L'Âme du Vin 2023

Pinot Noir, native to Burgundy and among the most appreciated grape varieties on the planet, finds a unique expression in this wine from old Valais vines. Its vinification in whole clusters brings an aromatic complexity and a refined structure, highlighting the purity of the fruit and the exceptional terroir from which it comes. Its presence in the WineHost selection, despite my commitment to importing Burgundy pinots, testifies to the level of excellence and quality that guides each of my selections. This bold choice illustrates my desire to offer remarkable wines, capable of competing with the great references while offering a singular identity.

L'Antagoniste 2023

Humagne Rouge is a grape variety that provokes mixed reactions: you either love it or you don't like it. For those who still have doubts, try it and you'll adopt it! It stands out for its fruity richness, silky tannins, spicy touches and a precise finish.

Coming from a single plot in Flanthey, this wine has been aged for a year in used oak barrels, thus offering a beautiful complexity and an elegant structure. Its production is limited to 500-800 bottles, making each bottle all the more precious.
